Toyota Hilux Bakkie Mattress
A custom-fit mattress for your Hilux load bin and canopy. High-density foam, proudly made in South Africa, with a quote back to you within 24 hours.
Made for the Hilux load bin
The Hilux has been one of South Africa's best-selling bakkies for decades, and it is built right here in Prospecton, Durban. That long history also means there are many Hilux load bins on the road, across different generations and the Single Cab, Xtra Cab and Double Cab body styles.
A generic mattress rarely fits all of them well. We make your Hilux mattress to the shape of your own load bin, around the wheel arches and up to the tailgate, so it fills the space under your canopy without gaps or folded edges.
When you ask for a quote, tell us your Hilux's year, cab type and the canopy you run. If you are not sure, send your load bin measurements and we will work from those.
Built for weekends away
Hilux owners use their bakkies for everything from fishing trips on the coast to hunting weekends and long overland routes. Your mattress is built for that kind of use:
- Made to the shape of your load bin
- Comfortable high-density foam
- Durable outdoor materials
- Built for canopy sleeping setups
- Proudly made in South Africa
- Collect in Pretoria West or courier countrywide

Hilux mattress questions
Will the mattress fit my Hilux with a canopy?
Yes. We make it to your load bin, so let us know which canopy you have and we will take its height into account.
Do you make mattresses for older Hilux models?
Yes. Every mattress is made to size, so older and newer Hilux generations are both covered. Tell us the year when you ask for a quote.
Can you make one for a Hilux Single Cab or Xtra Cab?
Yes. Single Cab and Xtra Cab load bins are longer than the Double Cab's, and we make the mattress to suit.
