Custom Caravan Mattresses
Caravan, trailer and rooftop tent mattresses made to the exact shape of your bed. Proudly made in South Africa at our store in Pretoria West, and couriered countrywide.
Why caravan mattresses need to be made to fit
Caravan beds are rarely standard sizes. Many have cut or rounded corners, stepped edges around wheel boxes or cupboards, or split layouts that turn a dinette into a bed. A household mattress will not fit, and many original caravan mattresses are thin and wear out long before the caravan does.
We manufacture customised caravan mattresses to the shape and size of your bed, so it fits properly and you sleep as well on the road as you do at home.
Caravan, trailer and rooftop tent mattresses
- Caravan mattresses: replacement mattresses for main beds, bunks and dinette beds
- Trailer tent mattresses: made to fit the bed platforms in off-road and camping trailers
- Rooftop tent mattresses: a thicker, more comfortable upgrade on the thin mattress that came with your tent
Each one is made to your measurements, with comfortable foam and a cover suited to life on the road.

How to measure your caravan bed
- Measure the bed platform, not the old mattress, as old foam shrinks and loses its shape.
- Measure the length and width at the widest points.
- Note any cut or rounded corners, with measurements, or draw the shape on paper.
- Note the thickness you want, and check the headroom above the bed.
- Send us the measurements, or a photo of your sketch, with your quote request.
